Chef Jaco’s Easter inspired dessert created out of everyday ingredients.


 The Elements

White Chocolate Jelly

Dark Chocolate coated Enoki Mushrooms

Sultana infused Panna Cotta set in a Chocolate Sphere

Passion Fruit Sorbet {Yolk}

Pistachio Powder



What to do with two day old Hot Cross Buns.

  1. Half a Hot Cross Bun and soak in milk for 1 minute.
  2. Remove the Hot Cross Bun from the milk and squeeze the excess milk out.
  3. Melt a table spoon of butter in a hot pan and fry the crumbled Hot Cross Bun till golden brown.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Serve with ice cream or custard. {Or use it like Chef Jaco did.}
